American Power Conversion (APC) has established a partnership with Rotel to offer power conditioning and battery backup products. Rotel plans to introduce a select line of APC engineered power components during the first quarter of 2006 designed to work with the company's home theater equipment.

The APC engineered products will be available in North America through Rotel's specialty retailers and custom installers.
