Chinese newspapers report that Huawei Technologies Co. (China) is considering selling its power supply system unit to Emerson Electric Co. (St. Louis, MI) for $700.0 to $800.0 million.
The newspapers say that the Huawei sale to Emerson still requires approval from the Chinese government.
