Entegris Inc. (Chaska, MN), a materials integrity management company specializing in products for the fuel cell and other technology-driven industries, announced that it has been selected for its US semiconductor research, development and manufacturing facility. The contract will result in over $500,000 in revenue for Entegris over the next 12 months.
