ENCORP Inc. (Windsor, CO) has signed an agreement with New Millennium Power Inc. (Roswell, NM) to jointly develop, market and implement on-site power-generation projects. Under the agreement, ENCORP and New Millennium Power will jointly pursue on-site power-generation projects that incorporate the companies’ complementary products.
