Avista Labs Corp. (Spokane, WA), a leading provider of reliability-based fuel cell solutions for premium backup power, announced the appointment of outside director LeRoy Nosbaum, current Chairman and CEO of Itron. In joining the Board of Directors, Nosbaum brings a strong background in global energy and communications businesses to Avista Labs, as well as completes the Avista Labs Board of Directors at seven participants.
