Applied Materials Appoints David Wang as Asia VP

Applied Materials Inc. (Santa Clara, CA) announced that Executive Vice President David Wang has been appointed President of Applied Materials Asia, effective immediately. Wang will be responsible for Applied Materials' business strategy, planning and execution throughout Asia, with particular focus on building infrastructure in the growing markets of China.
