Ansoft Releases New RMxprt v5.0 Software

Ansoft Corp. (Pittsburgh, PA) announced the release of its new RMxprt v5.0, the company's popular software for the design of electric machines. New features include a schematic winding editor, improved core-loss calculation and a new design template for claw-pole generators. RMxprt is available in four packages: induction machines, dc commutated machines, synchronous machines, and electronically commutated machines.
