ANADIGICS Inc. (Warren, NJ), a supplier of wireless and broadband solutions, announced that it has commenced production volume shipments of 3 mm x 3 mm cellular band CDMA power amplifiers (PAs) to Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. (Korea) for several wireless handsets. The supply of cellular band, CDMA PAs to Samsung expands ANADIGICS’ relationship as a supplier of Korean PCS, GSM/GPRS, and wideband CDMA PAs to the handset manufacturer.
