(Plano, TX) announced the signing of a co-label agreement for strategic marketing and business development, which allows both companies to maximize market opportunities with the utilization of resources around the globe. Under the agreement, Innoveta's technology and products will benefit from Alcatel Converters' position in the European market and in the US.

Alcatel's European customers benefit as these complementary lines establish a one-stop shop for dc/dc conversion while heightening Innoveta's presence in Europe.
