Aixam Mega Unveils New Mega Electric Utility Vehicle

Aixam Mega (UK), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Aixam Mega Group (France), unveiled its new Mega, a low environmental impact utility vehicle designed for short-haul urban and estate transport. Constructed on an aluminium chassis with polycarbonates for body components, the Mega comes with zero-emission electric power units.

Compact and lightweight, the Mega is supplied in 2.98 m long chassis form, and is 1.45 m wide excluding mirrors. Payloads are 425 kg for the electric versions. Prices for the electric Mega start at £9,590 for a vehicle with a range of up to 62 miles or 100 km.
