ADI Names Peter Henry VP for Power Management Operations

Analog Devices Inc. has appointed analog industry veteran, Peter Henry as the vice president responsible for power management operations. Mr. Henry joins ADI from National Semiconductor where, as the vice president for the Portable Power Systems product line, he was responsible for business strategy and product development for portable and wireless devices.

Mr. Henry has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. He began his career in 1985 as an analog design engineer at Precision Monolithic, Inc. (PMI), which was acquired by Analog Devices in 1990. Mr. Henry earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley. He completed the Stanford AEA Executive Institute in 1999.

According to Robert P. McAdam, vice president of ADI's analog semiconductor division, "I am pleased to welcome Peter to our team. He will strengthen an already outstanding group of professionals in our power management group and will have a portfolio of important innovations on which to build upon."
