Wall Industries Announces New Wall Mount With Interchangeable Plugs Up To 30W

Wall Industries, Inc. has introduced the new "WMIAPA" series of ac-dc wall mount switching power supplies with interchangeable plugs. These supplies have a universal input range of 90 to 264Vac and single outputs ranging from 3 to 50Vdc. The WMIAPA series accepts interchangeable plugs for worldwide use in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and Japan.

The largest supply in this series is housed in a compact package measuring 79 x 50 x 39mm and weighs 6.4oz. The plugs for this series snap and twist into place allowing for easy installation and removal. Additional features include efficiencies up to 82%, low ripple & noise, output power ranging from 4.5 to 30W, and short circuit, over voltage, and over current protection. This series also has UL, CUL, CE, CB, and TUV safety approvals. All supplies in this series are CEC and Energy Star compliant.

The "WMIAPA" series is said to be economically priced in OEM quantities but is dependent on the output power and the plugs chosen.
