Rohm Presents RSB12JS2 Surge Protectors

Rohm Co. Ltd. (Japan) began mass production of its RSB12JS2 surge protective devices that achieve a 1pF capacitance and 10kV surge dielectric strength for high-speed interface applications such as USB2.0 at 400Mbps. Claimed to be the industry's most compact multi-pin product in a 1612-size package, the product was developed with a fundamental review of the process of chip production for high-speed data communications.
