The KUB48_QB-10A series from Mornsun are non-isolated dc-dc converters with 10A output current and wide input voltage. They feature efficiency up to 97%, operating ambient temperature of -40°C to +85°C, input under-voltage, output short-circuit, and over-current protection.
Packaged in an industry-standard quarter-brick format, the KUB48_QB-10A series meet CLASS A of CISPR32/EN55032 emissions standards by adding the recommended external components and they are widely used in applications such as battery powered systems and robotic field.
These dc-dc converters solve a key difficulty, which is resulted by large fluctuations in battery voltage and motor interference in the design of logistics robots. The KUB48-QB-10A series can provide better power supply design for robot systems.
The KUB48_QB-10A series includes two models. The KUB4824QB-10A has an input voltage range of 30- to 75-Vdc (48-Vdc nominal) and provides an output of 24Vdc at 10A. The KUB4812QB-10A has an input voltage range of 16- to 75-Vdc (48-Vdc nominal) and provides an output of 12-Vdc at 10A.
