Excel Semiconductor Releases H Series Zener Diodes

Excel Semiconductor Co. Ltd. (Suzhou, China) released the H Series of zener diodes, which are rated at 0.5 W and have a zener voltage range of 1.6 V to 38 V, with a tolerance of ±5 percent. The low-impedance components are available in DO-35 packaging and are suitable for voltage stabilization applications.
