Densei-Lambda Intros PAF700F Power Modules

Densei-Lambda K.K. (Japan) introduced the new PAF700F Series of full-brick power modules, which deliver at least 700W from a 116.8mm x 12.7mm x 61mm form-factor and are suitable for use in mobile telecommunications basestation transceivers.

The PAF700F48-28 model delivers 700W and has an output-voltage range from 16.8V to 32.2V with 25A of current. The PAF700F48-12 model has a higher output at 702W, but has an output-voltage range of 7.2V to 13.8V and 58.5A. Both accept an input of 48Vdc and exhibit an efficiency of at least 90 percent. The devices utilize the conduction cooling method and have a withstand voltage of 1.5kVdc for one minute.
