Aved Electronics Offers Watertight Custom Battery Packs

Aved Electronics Inc. (Lowell, MA) introduced its Custom Battery Packs that are designed to assure proper insertion and feature positive, snap-in locking, with water-tight construction, for use in clinical environments. The packs provide consistent voltage output from 10.6 Vdc to 12 Vdc; offer stable charge retention for up to 30 days, depending upon chemistry; and can be recharged within one hour.

Fabricated to OEM customer requirements and designed to ensure proper insertion, UL/CSA approved units can be made from lithium, lithium-ion, nickel-metal hydride, nickel-cadmium, alkaline and lead-acid chemistries, while packs can be made from ABS or other plastics.
