Absopulse Industrial Grade AC/DC Power Supply Delivers 750W
The new PFC 65F-125FT from Absopulse Electronics is an industrial grade ac/dc power supply boasts power factor corrected input and output power delivery of up to 750W. The power supply converts a universal input (95 to 264Vac) to a 125Vdc continuous output, adjustable in a 110-130Vdc range. An optional built-in redundancy diode allows parallel connection to achieve higher output power or N+1 redundancy. The optional diode also makes the unit suitable for battery charging applications, according to Absopulse.
Housed in a compact 55x64x300mm chassis, the power supply is cooled by long-life built-in fans, with additional conduction provided via the base plate to a heat-sinking surface. The unit is ated for full specification at a 0°C to 50°C temperature range. Extended temperature ranges are available with de-rating.
The unit offers a minimum power factor correction of 0.97 at full load for the entire input range in compliance with EN6100-3-2 for low input harmonic distortion. It is also filtered to meet EN55022 EMI Class A with margins, and full electronic protection on the input and output eliminates the possibility of failure due to abnormal operating conditions. The power supply meets IEC61371 Categories 1A&B shock and vibration standards as a minimum.
