18W Triple-Output Power Supply for Battery Charger Systems
Mornsun has added the LO20-10C0512-01 single-phase (165- to 264-Vac or 230- to 370-Vdc input) open-frame 18.7W power supply. This power supply delivers outputs of 5Vdc at 500mA, 12Vdc at 1200mA, and -12Vdc at 150mA with a typical efficiency of 78%. The triple-output LO20-10C0512-01 is suitable for ac charging points, industrial controls and other industrial equipment applications and harsh environments.
The LO20-10C0512-01 features output voltage accuracy of ±3% and load regulation of ±5%. Input-to-output isolation is 3kVac and output-to-output isolation is 500Vdc. These ac-dc power supplies have an operating temperature range of -25 to +70 degrees C and deliver full-rated power up to 55 degrees C, derating linearly to 70% at 70 degrees C.
Depend on the output, these power supplies include short circuit, over-current, and over-voltage potection. EMC performance meets the requirements of CISPR22/EN55022 CLASS A, IEC/EN61000-4-2, -3, -4, and -5. These Class II devices meet safety standards includingIEC60950, EN60950, and UL60950. The measurements of these open-frame power supplies are 70.00 x 48.00 x 23.00 mm and the typical weight is 56 grams. These power supplies have a MTBF greater than 300k hours per MIL-HDBK-217F at 25 degrees C.
