15W to 60W Ultra Slim DIN Rail Power Supplies

In order to continuously provide customers with smaller and more efficient Class II step-shape DIN rail power supplies Mean Well developed the new 15W/30W/60W HDR-15/30/60 series. HDR family features a step shape plastic housing, accepts 85- to 264-Vac input (277Vac available) and provides outputs of 5Vdc, 12Vdc, 15Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. Moreover, HDR family specially adopts the European Union standard DIN EN43880 and slim design that the height are all 90mm and the width are only 1SU to 4SU (17.5mm/35mm/52.5mm/70mm), respectively.

In addition, no load power consumption is <0.3W. These power supplies feature efficiencies up to 91%, adjustable (±10%) dc output voltage and a working temperature range of -30 to +70 degrees C. HDR whole family is Class II isolation level, passing LPS (Limited Power Source), conforming to EN61000-3-2 Class A (the norm the European Union regulates for harmonic current), and complying with complete safety regulations (UL60950-1, UL508, and EN61558-2-16).

Features and specifications of the HDR family include: LED indicator for power on; Short circuit, Overload, and Over voltage protection; Comply with EN61000-3-2 Class A, the norm EU regulates for harmonic current; UL508/UL60950-1/TUV EN61558-2-16/CB/CE approvals; Can be installed on DIN rail TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15; Ultra slim dimension (W x H x D)－15W: 17.5 x 90 x 54.5 mm, 30W: 35 x 90 x 54.5 mm, 60W: 52.5 x 90 x 54.5 mm; and a three-year warranty.

Applications of the HDR family are expected to include building automation, household control system, industrial control system and the electro-mechanical apparatus.
