14W DC-DCs for Railway and Traffic Systems

MTM Power has added the PMGS / PCMGS14 14W dc-dc converters designed for applications in the railway and traffic systems with small power requirement. The devices operate with nominal input voltages of 72Vdc and 110Vdc to EN 50 155 and provide a high efficiency of ≥90%, an output voltage of 24Vdc (outputs of 12Vdc and 48Vdc are available on request). The PMGS / PCMGS14 feature a reverse polarity protection at the input by a series diode and permanently short-circuit proof.

The converters are maintenance free sealed in vacuum and prepared for use in devices with Protection Class II. The devices have a mechanically and electrically rugged design using SMD technology and undergo an automatic routine test.
