Whistler Completes Acquisition of Fuel Cell Technology

Whistler Inc. (Sacramento, CA) announced the completion of co-ownership of Anuvu Inc.'s (Sacramento, CA) Carbon-X fuel cell patents, an innovative proton-exchange membrane fuel cell specifically designed for mass production.

Anuvu received $600,000 and 750,000 shares of Whistler's treasury stock. The company is presently negotiating for the remaining 50 percent of the fuel cell division of Anuvu, in exchange for shares in the company and a cash payment.
