Staktek Holdings Inc. (Austin, TX), a provider of chip-stacking and module technologies, announced the appointment of Wayne Lieberman as Chief Executive Officer, expanding upon his current leadership role as President of Staktek. Lieberman will also serve on the company's Board of Directors. James Cady will remain Chief Technical Officer and a director. Prior to joining Staktek, Lieberman served as Vice President and General Manager at Marvell Semiconductor.
"Wayne joined Staktek in May 2005, bringing over 25 years of semiconductor and software industry, management, sales, marketing, and product development experience to our leadership team that has visibly benefited our company," commented Cady. "Having Wayne assume the CEO responsibilities will allow me to dedicate my time to technology development and the continued expansion of our intellectual property."
