Midtronics Inc. (Willowbrook, IL) announced the acquisition of the assets of Intra Technologies, (Tukwila, WA), a leading producer of power management solutions used to improve the reliability, efficiency and cost of dc power systems. Intra Technologies’ products utilize its proprietary, patented, MOSFET semiconductor switch, which provides protection from battery power loss, over-current, over-heating, short-circuit and other power issues encountered in vehicle and UPS applications.
