IR Completes Acquisition of TechnoFusion

International Rectifier Corp. (IR, El Segundo, CA) announced that it completed its previously announced acquisition of the operations and assets of TechnoFusion, a leading maker of power generation systems for automotive electronics, from Royal Philips Electronics (Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
