FuelCell Energy Added to Russell 3000 Index

FuelCell Energy Inc. (Danbury, CT) has been added to the Frank Russell Co.'s Russell 3000 Index, effective July 1, 2000. The index measures the performance of the 3,000 largest US companies based on market capitalization. More than $84.0 billion under management is indexed to the Russell 3000. "We remain focused on enhancing shareholder value as we continue to implement our strategy to commercialize our Direct FuelCell products," said Jerry D. Leitman, president and CEO of FuelCell Energy. "We welcome the additional visibility in the investment community that being part of the Russell 3000 affords us."
