Catalytica Energy Systems Announces Offering of Five Million Shares

Catalytica Energy Systems Inc. (Mountain View, CA) announced an offering of

4.25 million shares. The selling stockholder is offering an additional 750,000 shares.

Catalytica will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares being sold by the selling stockholder.
