Ansoft Announces 2004 Automotive Workshop

Ansoft Corp. (Pittsburgh, PA) announced its 2004 Automotive Electromechanical Simulation Workshop, scheduled for October 5, 2004, at the Westin Southfield Detroit in Southfield, MI, and a call for presentations. Interested parties may submit a 100-word abstract for presentation to [email protected].

The 2004 Automotive Electromechanical Simulation Workshop, sponsored by Ansoft and Automotive Engineering International, will offer a realistic report on the state of the art in automotive power electronics and present solutions that address the future demands of this ever-growing industry. Attendees will learn how industry experts are using simulation to more efficiently design today's advanced automotive features, such as electric-assist power steering, electric pumps, fans, electromechanical actuators and power-processing elements.
