Alliance Semi and Nu Horizons Announce Partnership

Alliance Semiconductor Corp. (Santa Clara, CA), a provider of IC solutions for network and telecom communications, and Nu Horizons Electronics Asia Pte Ltd. (Singapore), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (Singapore), a distributor of active components, announced an Asia-Pacific distribution partnership agreement. The distribution agreement is effective immediately.

Under the terms of the agreement, Nu Horizons will distribute Alliance’s complete product portfolio of analog and mixed signal products, bus connectivity and networking ICs, and high-performance and specialty SRAM to countries, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.

"Nu Horizons’ ‘Demand Creation’ philosophy, strong technical sales and application engineering teams, along with the expanded Alliance Semiconductor product offerings, will allow us to provide customers with broad portfolio of proven and reliable solutions."
