Advanced Battery Technologies’ Products Qualified For CE Marking

Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc. (ABAT) announced that its entire line of polymer lithium-ion products qualify for CE Marking. ABAT develops, manufactures, and distributes rechargeable polymer lithium-ion (PLI) battery cells.

"We are extremely pleased to have our products qualify for CE Marking," stated Zhiguo Fu, Advanced Battery’s Chairman and CEO. "CE Marking indicates to customers that our products meet quality and safety levels, and enhances our credibility. This is an extremely valuable step in our international expansion efforts."

CE Marking is a legal requirement for the sale of manufactured goods throughout the European Economic Area (EEA). The EEA is composed of the three member states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and the 27 member states of the European Union (EU).
