Megatone Releases MET/MEA Film Capacitors

Megatone Electronics Corp. (Taiwan) has released its MEA (flat oval) and MET (tubular) metallized, polyester film capacitors with axial lead. Featuring high stability, self-healing properties and polyester wrapping, the products are suitable for use in RF filtering and solid-state applications. The film capacitors have a 0.001µF to 10µF capacitance range; 100Vdc, 250Vdc, 400Vdc and 630Vdc rated voltage; and a 5% to 20% tolerance. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C.
