DuraComm Offers New Desk Top Power Supplies, Battery Management Systems, Power Distribution Blocks & LED Power Supplies
DuraComm Corp. is offering a range of new products from desk top power supplies to battery management systems to power distribution blocks to another Class 2 LED power supply.
The LPB-12H is a desk top power supply with a built in 12A battery. It represents a product line extension that builds on the existing LPB-12. With universal input from 88 ~ 264Vac, the unit’s internal battery automatically recharges when ac power is restored. The unit is compatible with all DuraComm LP hoods for custom mounting of mobile radios and offers a front panel indicator for power.
Also making their debut are the RU2-2024-BMS and the BMS-360 series – Battery Management Systems. The RU2 model is a 2 rack unit high power supply offering all of the features and benefits of the original RU1-2012-BMS and the RU2-4012-BMS (introduced last year) with up to 20A of power and 24A of battery charging. It is a power supply and a fully functional battery management system in one, with a built-in Amp/Volt Meter and AC Fail indication on the front panel. The new, higher power BMS series is usable with 12 & 24V systems and offers a front panel meter for battery voltage and charging current. There is also a front panel indicator (LED) for power supply input.
The DB-5 is a 5-position fused power distribution block with dual input terminals on each end for parallel "add-on" capability. The unit handles up to 20A per fuse with a max of 75A per block. There is also a corresponding rack mount series (DBRM) which offers 5, 10, 15 and 20 positions available for 12, 24 and 48V systems.
The ELN is the third in a series of power supplies designed specifically for moving sign (i.e., LED applications). These are single output Class 2 "LED" power supplies. The ELN Series meets IP64 and offers user adjustable output voltage and current.
