ABC Taiwan Electronics Samples New Capacitors
ABC Taiwan Electronics Corp. (Taiwan) announced that it is sampling monolithic chip capacitors with capacitance values ranging from 0.5pF to 100pF, rated voltages of 2.5kV, and an SFR of at least 1.8GHz. Manufactured using the company's "Micro-Pores Constructed Ceramics" material, the capacitors are available in 0603, 0805 and 1008 case sizes and are screened for operation over the -55 to +125 degrees C temperature range.
The capacitors feature a Q value between 25 and 185 at 1GHz. The 0603 size features capacitance values from 0.5pF to 10pF with the 0.9pF device achieving an SFR of 10GHz and the 6.27pF device achieveing an SFR of 3GHz. The 0805 size has 0.7pF to 55pF capacitance values, while the 1008 size has 1pF to 100pF capacitance values.
