Hi. Im trying to make a fan project. Using 3 of this 18650B. They are not protected I belive to I would buy a 3S pcb. But I dont know much about this and the voltage from batteries would be 11.1v dc but the fan rating is 12v and 0.7A. Will I need to buy another type of board or a resistor or something? Im confused about the amps. Thanks

Battery should last for about 5 hours.
I do not have the data sheet on the fan. It should work fine.
