SoftSwitching Technologies Corp. (Madison, WI), a provider of proven power quality solutions, announced that its board of directors has appointed Russell Loomis as President and Chief Executive Officer. Loomis will also serve on the company’s board of directors. As CEO, Loomis succeeds Deepak Divan, who will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Founder and Chief Technology Officer.
