Rick Campbell Resigns as VP from Indigo Energy

Indigo Energy Inc. (Napa, CA) announced that Rick Campbell has resigned as director and vice president of the company, effective January 15, 2003. Additionally, Christopher Gabrys resigned as director and president of the company, effective January 20, 2003. The resignations were not as a result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company's operations policies or practices. Joel Bloomer, chairman of the board of the company, has assumed the role of president of the company.
