New Office Gives PULS Room to Grow

January 29, 2006 by Jeff Shepard

PULS UK, a large manufacturer of DIN-Rail power supplies, has moved into new offices in Ampthill, England. With more than 2,000 square feet of office and warehouse space, PULS can increase the amount of stock available for United Kingdom customers as well as having space for demonstration units and engineering facilities.

"Customers and distributors will now be able to visit us for demonstrations and training," said Harry Moore, managing director of PULS UK. "And we really want to have more than just a business relationship with our clients so we are installing a pool table for some friendly competition when they visit us."

The new location has improved logistics, enabling shipments to be made throughout the day as required by individual customers, Moore said.

"With our increased levels of stock and improved location we can really accommodate all of our customers' needs." he said. "We serve a number of mission critical industries where an immediate response is essential to keep industrial systems operating."

PULS produces more than 350,000 power supplies each year. Its core range of products offer output power from 80 to 1,000 watts. Typical applications include process control equipment, electrical systems, control panels and instrumentation.
