MobileWise Inc. (Palo Alto, CA) announced a preliminary agreement with Mitsui and Co. Ltd. (Japan) to exclusively distribute MobileWise's products in Japan. In the short time since the companies entered into an agreement, Mitsui has introduced MobileWise to key manufacturers.
