Evergreen Solar Inc. (Marlboro, MA) announced the appointments of Peter Rusch as European Marketing and Sales Manager and Lance Barret as US National Sales Manager for the company. The newly created positions represent Evergreen Solar's latest steps in its commitment to customer service and increasing worldwide market penetration of its solar-electric products.
Rusch has extensive sales, marketing and operations experience in the solar business with emphasis on the German, Middle Eastern and African markets. He will manage Evergreen's recently opened European office in Berlin. Barret joins Evergreen Solar to expand and manage US sales operations with 18 years of experience. He is based at Evergreen Solar's manufacturing and corporate headquarters in Marlboro.
