Smart Power Systems Inc. (Houston, TX) announced that All American Semiconductor Inc. (Miami, FL) has become the North American master distributor for the company. Under terms of the deal, All American will distribute Smart Power's uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
"We expect this new supplier to enable us to capture market share in this meangful segment of the electronics industry given Smart Power Systems' technological leadership in the UPS market," stated All American President and CEO Bruce Goldberg.
