Vishay Intertechnology Inc. (Malvern, PA) announced the acquisition of Mallory Electronic Components (Indianapolis, IN), a leading manufacturer of wet tantalum electrolytic capacitors with manufacturing facilities in Green Castle, IN, and Glasgow, KY.
