NiSource Inc. (Merrillville, IN) announced that Samuel Miller, a former Accenture partner with extensive experience in redesigning, implementing and managing business operations, has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NiSource. Miller has nearly 20 years of experience in consulting, primarily with energy and utility companies, and will be responsible for integration of NiSource's core operating businesses.
