Neah Power Announces Senior Executive Additions

Neah Power Systems Inc. (Bothell, WA), an emerging leader in direct-methanol micro fuel cell technology, announced the addition of several senior business executives. David Dorheim is the new president and chief executive officer; Peter Schwartz, co-founder and chairman of Global Business Network, joined the company's board of directors; and Len Jordan, a high-tech executive most recently with RealNetworks Inc., became a new member of the board of directors.

Dorheim, a veteran of General Electric Co., brings over 20 years of leadership and experience in developing, producing and marketing battery and electrochemical products to his new position at Neah Power. Previously, he was president and CEO of AER Energy Resources Inc. Schwartz represents Alta Partners, a venture capital firm focusing on information technology and life sciences companies. He is also an author and an internationally renowned business strategist. Jordan has extensive experience leading high-growth, emerging technology companies in their crucial commercialization stage.
