Keysight Expands its KeysightCare Program to Provide Test and Measurement Expertise

Keysight Technologies improves the technical, hardware, and software support services of its KeysightCare program. 

Keysight Technologies, Inc., is a global leader in the provision of test and measurement equipment. The company supplies wireless, technological, and software products and solutions. Keysight operates in markets including aerospace and defense, semiconductor, and wireless communications. 

Recently, the company announced the expansion of its KeysightCare program. The expansion of the program was carried out to cater to customer demands for enhanced customer support services for equipment testing and measurement.

What is KeysightCare?

KeysightCare offers customers the best service for providing test and measurement expertise. The program serves as a single point of contact for software, instruments, application measurements, and tests. It keeps users up-to-date and in-the-loop providing 24-hour access to up-to-date knowledge centers for software updates and enhancements. Customers can be rest assured that their requests will be answered with committed response times factored into the KeysightCare service. 

In a recent news release, Global Director of KeysightCare, Ted Burns, said the program helps engineers feel supported.

"Since Keysight implemented KeysightCare in 2018, we've been able to improve committed response times by 50 percent, while continuing to invest in our global support infrastructure, empowering our customers to mitigate project risk and get products to market faster. KeysightCare in Five Service Levels

KeysightCare offers quick repair and calibration, faster response times, and personalized support. The integrated support model now offers five key service tiers to provide software, hardware, and technical support for Keysight’s customer base. 

In addition to the classic KeysightCare program, Keysight Enhanced was added to deliver priority support and provides a two business hour technical response, proactive firmware notifications, repair and calibration coverage, 5-day instrument calibration, and 7-day expedited repair. 

For delivery of enterprise support, KeysightCare offers a Performance tier which also provides a two hour technical response, 5-day repair coverage, 3-day expedited calibration, and 24/7 emergency response. 

KeysightCare software ensures that software is maintained and updated. Both subscription support and flexible licensing are offered to customers so that projects run smoothly with the budget in mind and to protect the software investment. Another tier of the program known as Keysight Care Assured provides a four-business-hour technical response and repair coverage with 10-day instrument repair.
