Chloride Chairman Bill Foreman Retires

Chloride Group plc (London) announced that Bill Foreman, who has been suffering from ill health in recent months, has stated his intention to retire as a director with immediate effect.

Foreman, who is 65, became chairman of Chloride in July 1999 and has been a director since 1988. Foreman is succeeded as chairman by Norman Broadhurst, the senior independent director. Broadhurst has been a director of Chloride since March 1998.
