Liam Critchley is a science and electronics writer who specializes in how chemistry, materials science and nanotechnology interplay with advanced electronic systems and emerging technologies. Critchley works with media sites, companies, and trade associations worldwide and has produced more than 900 articles to date, covering a wide range of electronics and technology. Critchley focuses his writing efforts on battery and energy storage technologies and the wider energy/electrification space. Critchley serves on the Matter Inc. and Nanotechnology World Association advisory boards and was a longstanding member of the advisory board for the National Graphene Association before folding during the pandemic. Critchley holds two master’s degrees in chemistry with Nanotechnology and Chemical Engineering.
