INCEP Technologies Inc. (San Diego, CA) announced intentions to enter into a strategic alliance with Tyco Electronics Corp. (Harrisburg, PA) for the design, manufacture and marketing of products based on INCEP's proprietary PowerDirect for power interconnect delivery of high current levels and high slew rates for low-voltage applications. The relationship with Tyco Electronics will make available PowerDirect products for high-volume computer and communications applications.
