OSHA Standard Addressing Male-to-Male Extension Cords

I've been reading through OSHA's standards about electrical safety, trying to find the specific section that addresses the use of male-to-male extension cords, aka "widow-maker cables". I thought that maybe 11910.305(a)(2)(vii) "No bare conductors nor earth returns may be used for the wiring of any temporary circuit.", but I'm not sure if I'm interpreting that correctly. I've also been reading through 1910.334, 1926.404, and a couple other standards, but I haven't seen anything that was obviously addressing the male-to-male extension cords. I've seen people mention in threads that OSHA does address the cables, but I haven't seen anyone reference a specific standard. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
