Tal Raz, Airengy

Tal Raz is CEO of Airengy, where he leads the company’s transformation into a full-scale energy company focused on developing, deploying, and operating long-duration energy storage. Under his leadership, Airengy is advancing its proprietary compressed air energy storage technology, while expanding its energy infrastructure activities across Israel and Europe. Tal was appointed CEO of Airengy in 2025, bringing extensive experience across finance, infrastructure and energy. Previously, he served as CEO of Afcon Renewable Energy and held senior leadership roles including Group CFO at Afcon Holdings, CFO at Shikun & Binui, CEO of Maariv, CEO of Clal Finance and CFO of Cellcom.
