Rahul Kar is the founder and CEO of Hammerhead AI, a company building reinforcement-learning “control agents” to orchestrate power, cooling, and compute in AI data centers to increase token throughput under power constraints. Kar previously held senior leadership roles at AutoGrid, including Chief Operating Officer, and spent years working at the intersection of AI/software and power systems. He holds engineering degrees from MIT and Texas A&M University.
